Like I've mentioned before, T and I are in our 4th week of the Dave Ramsey program, Financial Peace University. Which doesn't really make any sense since for the most of us Financial and Peace don't usually go together. I have been really moved by this whole experience and a little frustrated that we have gotten ourselves into some of these financial situations in only 5 years. I'm just really grateful that we are being taught these principles now so once we get out of debt we can truly one day, "LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE"



Dave Ramsey is a through and through Christian. He jokes that if you study Proverbs enough you can become a financial advisor. He quotes Proverbs often, using different versions of the bible. I'm going to start sharing some of his quotes and principles, in the hopes that they will help me to follow them better and maybe help some of you out there.



We learned that the number one reason for divorce is over money fights. This didn't really shock me but it made me want to get out of debt even more. Marriage is hard enough, finding common ground on parenting, decorating, time management etc...I really want to take MONEY out of the equation.
